Black Bart's Steakhouse, Saloon, & Musical Revue offers a truly unique dining experience. Each evening the talented wait staff perform on stage in a Musical Revue, including songs from Broadway, Disney, 60s and 70s, and much more!
All Dinners Include: House Salad, Baked Potato, and Sourdough Biscuits, served with fresh made Cinnamon Honey-Butter.
Choice of Beverage: Coffee, Tea, Milk, or Soda (alcoholic beverages available for an additional fee).
Desserts are also available for an additional fee.
All prices include tax and 18% Gratuity
12 oz ribeye steak
Black Bart's uses only premium grain-fed midwestern beef, hand-picked to be the top level of USDA Choice. Once aged on the premises to Black Bart's liking, steaks are hand-cut, lightly seasoned and grilled over an oak fire.
Half a chicken brined in herbs & spices, then lightly smoked in-house with mesquite and apple woods. Broiled with your choice of BBQ or Butter Herb Sauce. You will be able to make your sauce selection at the restaurant.
Scottish Grilled Salmon
An 8 oz. portion, hand-cut from whole Scottish Salmon served with homemade cucumber dill sauce.
2 kabobs, made with whole mushrooms and sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and onions, all oak-broiled on bamboo skewers.
